Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an active account with us. After you complete a course, we'll retain your learning records and certificates for seven years — this allows you to access your achievements and request transcripts if needed.

If you close your account, we'll delete most of your personal information within 90 days. Some data might be retained longer if required by law (like financial records for tax purposes) or to resolve disputes. After the retention period, all information is permanently deleted from our systems.

You can request immediate deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

Our primary servers are located in South Korea. If you're accessing our services from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in South Korea. We ensure that any international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
